From: Logan Henry, High-Performance Coach & Author of "From Sick and Tired to Back On Fire"
To: All Career-Driven Men Who Have Difficulty Slowing Down:
If you’re a high-achieving guy who’s sick of feeling like a shell of your former self—then you need to read every word of this on this page.
If you wake up groggy, dragging yourself through the day like you’re running on fumes...
If you catch your reflection and wonder where that strong, sharp, unstoppable version of you disappeared to...
If you’ve tried to lose the extra 20, 30, or even 40+ pounds that crept up over the years, only to end up frustrated, exhausted, and wondering if it’s even possible anymore...
Then listen up, because this might be the most important message you read this year.
My name is Logan Henry, and I help busy, high-performing men reclaim the energy, strength, and confidence of their prime years—without turning their entire life upside down.
I do it using my Accelerated Method—built for guys like you who don’t have time to waste on complicated fitness plans, extreme diets, or gimmicks that don’t work in the real world.
If you’re ready to take back control, feel sharp and powerful again, and actually enjoy looking in the mirror—keep reading.
Because this is where everything changes.
On this page, you can get a copy of my latest best-selling book, From Sick & Tired to Back on Fire™. Inside, I’ll show you the same method I’ve shared with over 1,000+ hard-driving guys who…
…have spent years building their careers and success, only to wake up one day feeling drained, out of shape, and disconnected from the strong, energetic man they used to be.
... Dragging himself out of bed feeling groggy, relying on coffee just to get through the mornings...only to hit an afternoon wall leaving important tasks unfinished due to mental fatigue…
... Constantly having to be “switched on” to be at their best as a leader at work, but then collapsing into the couch as soon as they finish a long workday, barely keeping their eyes open to engage with family…
… Avoiding long pauses in front of the mirror and choosing clothes to hide problem areas (mainly that expanding waistline)...
… Being Irritable, short, and grumpy with those they care about rather than being the patient, engaged and attentive guy they know is in there somewhere...
… Going through the motions, "coasting," and feeling like they don’t have that “fire in their belly” to take on new exciting opportunities...
... "Putting on a good front" around those they lead (aka "faking it"), pretending everything is okay while secretly wondering if the people in their world are starting to wonder what's going on with them...
... Struggling to confidently initiate intimacy with their significant other because of decreased stamina, lack of drive, and nagging doubts about their attractiveness…
... Secretly worry about the health risks that may be lurking around the corner if they don't get their health under control before it’s too late...
Not a pretty picture. (I know, because I’ve been there.)
But guess what?
It’s all so reversible!
If you can relate to any of this so far, then just know that in as little as 12 minutes per day, you can reclaim your health, transform your mood, lose years of unwanted extra weight, and regain that unstoppable energy and confidence you had in your 20s.
Look, I get it. I realize I might be “Guru #784” that you’ve come across, here to tell you how effortlessly you can "Ditch the Extra Dead Weight," "Rip the Lid Off,” And "Conquer the World," lol.
In all seriousness, though, real change goes deeper than that.
This isn’t just about finally having a little more energy again, or dropping the excess weight that’s crept up over the years.
It’s about finally taking back control of your health after feeling depleted and run down for far too long.
Look, whenever I hear a guy say something like, “This gut’s all paid for,” it’s funny, I get it. But enough of the joking around — let’s actually DO something about it instead!
No more laughing off the excess weight gain or continuously trying to “rally” just to push through the day when you’re operating on sub-zero energy levels.
It's time to get serious and make a real, lasting change.
If I know anything about you, it’s this...
...You want to have that same “kick-ass-and-take-names” energy you used to roll out of bed with every day to take on the world
...You want to lose all that extra weight you’ve put on and look sharp in (and out) of your favorite clothes again
...You want that bulletproof confidence and immediately “own” any room or situation you walk into
...You want to recapture the same unstoppable drive and stamina you had in your early 20s
...You want to feel mentally razor-sharp and get back on your “A” game so you can attack your workdays with vigor, enthusiasm, and focus
...You want to be less stressed, more patient, and fully present with your family and those you lead.
That’s what I help high-achieving men accomplish every day (and a lot more.)
But rather than blowing smoke, I’ll let some of my guys do the talking:
Will S.
Civil Engineer, Age 48
Rashid S.
Physician, Age 50
Brandon H.
Business Executive, Age 42
Andy M.
CEO, Age 42
But the GOOD NEWS is...I discovered what DOES work.
Let me introduce you to Will.
I don't know if you are starting from where Will is in this picture, but I'll bet you can relate to his journey and what happened in a surprisingly short amount of time...
To the world, Will was a successful civil engineer on paper. But a peek below the surface painted a much different picture.
His day would start by hitting “snooze” 10 times. Then he would plod through sluggish, unproductive days.
To make things worse, Will ended up having to give up the sport he’d played his whole life — ice hockey — because he couldn’t fit into his gear anymore. (He had ballooned up to 250 pounds)
And if you’re wondering, “Why didn’t he just buy new gear?” I’m betting you already know the answer:
It’s because to go out and buy new, “fat guy” gear would be like admitting defeat! It would mean accepting this unhealthy version of himself as “the new normal.”
To which I say: “Oh, hell no. You don’t HAVE to give up on those clothes you can’t fit into anymore! A much better solution is to actually FIX the issue.”
However, sometimes it takes a rock bottom moment to muster that sort of resolve.
In fact, this was the moment for Will:
He found a picture of himself crossing the finish line of a 5K race just four years prior.
He told me finding that picture was the tipping point. Enough was enough. No longer was he willing to continue with his current lifestyle, in his current body.
He decided to become the man in that photo again… and his results speak for themselves.
This picture deserves a second look:
WOW, right!? Who IS that guy?
Answer: Same guy he’s always been — but the best version of himself.
It was always there. And I know for a fact that YOUR best version — whatever that happens to be for you — is in there, too.
So what led Will to make such an amazing transformation?
That’s where I come into the story.
These days, life is pretty good. I have the energy… the stamina… and the confidence to tackle anything that comes my way, just like in my 20s.
But it wasn’t always this way.
I know what it's like to wake up every day feeling like a zombie, completely drained of energy, all while cringing at the guy staring back at me in the mirror.
Bags under his eyes, puffy face, clothes fitting too snugly, and a waistline I wasn’t proud of. My body reflected the stress and pressure I felt.
Who was this guy? How did I let it get this far?
That’s honestly not an easy question to answer, but I CAN tell you about my own, “rock bottom” tipping
point ...
This was years ago, sitting on the couch with my wife before I found the key to feeling and looking my best.
At the time, my energy was at its lowest point and my weight at its highest. She was showing me some pictures on her phone and there I was in one of them.
In a word, I was mortified. It was like I was seeing myself for the first time in a long while.
“Holy sh*t, is that really ME?” I thought. “Who IS that guy? And how come I’m only now ‘seeing’ it?”
Looking back now, I can see the hard truth:
I was so consumed by life and my responsibilities that I had burned myself out and had stopped paying attention to my own health.
Between building a business and juggling family demands, I was stretched thin. I had morphed into this unrecognizable, miserable man.
And the mirror sure showed it!
Bottom line, I had let myself go. My standards had dropped and I felt like crap ALL the time. I wasn't the biggest guy in the room, but I was the unhappiest.
Ouch.
Finally I got sick and tired of being sick and tired.
And I set out to make a change.
I’m the provider, the protector, the leader of my family. It was time to put them first… by putting myself first.
So I got to work.
After a ton of research and a LOT of trial and error…
I call it The Accelerated Method.
#1- Hormones (yes, men have them too) and no, no one talks about it.
#2- Chronic inflammation (and its effects are way worse than you may think).
It’s true: If you bring your hormones into balance and lower your inflammation levels, you’ll start to feel — and look — like you did in your 20s.
My clients are feeling more energetic, enjoying effortless weight loss, and experiencing increased mental clarity … every single day.
And this has increased their drive to succeed in a way that’s natural, not forced.
I can’t say this enough: When you have tons of energy, you just WANT to do all the right things! And so you do them … and your life vaults forward without it feeling like you’re even trying.
And the best part is…
I know what it’s like to be a hard-driving, dedicated man who burns the candle at both ends to provide the best life possible for his family.
Between work, family, community, and all the other balls you have up in the air, there seems to be no time for anything else… let alone “selfish” moments to prioritize your own health and sanity.
And that's when, the extra pounds begin to creep on, your clothes get more snug by the day and your physical health starts declining.
At first you don’t even notice it. And then you choose to ignore it. “I’ll address this later,” you say to yourself.
But “later” never comes. And at some point, feeling tired, drained, and increasingly out of shape all the time becomes normal.
Before you know it, you have forgotten what it felt like to leap out of bed ready to take on the day, brimming with energy and confidence … and now you think “this is just part of getting old.”
I say NONSENSE to all that. I now know better, and so do my clients.
But I want to reveal a rather mind-blowing concept you may not have considered before. This is absolutely real and is something you should know about:
If you think this is just about feeling and looking better, think again.
You are your greatest asset—but when your energy crashes, focus slips, and productivity tanks, you become your biggest liability. And when you're carrying extra weight, it only drags you down further.
Take Brian, a high-powered lawyer. His brutal schedule left him exhausted, disengaged, and barely present for his family. Until one day, his daughter hit him with a gut-punch question:
“Daddy, if I give you a paycheck, will you play with me?”
Then there’s Josh, a successful business owner who admitted his low energy was costing him 20-40 hours of productive work per week—nearly $192,000 a year.
Or Will, a senior civil engineer whose sluggish performance was draining $388,080 per year from his potential earnings.
When you’re out of shape, foggy, reactive, and running on caffeine fumes, the money you're leaving on the table is massive.
And forget just the money—what about the lost moments? The weekends spent “recovering” instead of being present with your family? The events you skip because you’re too drained to engage? The hobbies and activities you've given up because you no longer look or feel like yourself?
Most guys never add up the actual, real-world costs of all these issues. But once they do, everything changes.
And let’s be clear about something else…
Most guys who feel themselves slipping simply accept that they’re “past their prime.”
That’s pure hogwash! You should never believe that. You should never accept it, not even for a second.
I may be preaching to the choir here. Because for high-performers — men who know what it’s like to be driven and focused — saying, “My best days are behind me” just isn’t natural.
And it shouldn’t! Because all of this is so fixable.
But I also get the fear and doubt that can creep in as you get older:
Once your energy, drive, and stamina start to suffer, not only can your performance take a hit, but your physical presence and stature as a respected leader begins to waver too. And that never feels good.
So, maybe you re-activated that gym membership or you went for a run like you used to. You picked up the weights or exercise bands for a week or two. You tried eating right again.
But eventually, it all falls apart, doesn’t it?
This downward health spiral can feel impossible to get out of, especially because you’re already too busy to focus on yourself!
But there’s good news…
It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking, '"I'm too far gone" to ever reclaim the "old me"...
...yet the truth is, most health methods and programs aren’t designed for men who’ve spent years prioritizing everything else but themselves.
Not to mention, most of these programs never take into account…
...the shifts in men's bodies and hormones as they age...
...the stress of a high-performance career...
...the tightrope of balancing a jam-packed schedule with business and family life.
Sure, when you're 22, it's feasible to spend endless hours working out or follow those "beast mode" workouts that push you to the max every session...
..but when you’re leading the charge at work and putting out constant fires that pull you in countless directions...
...while juggling those relentless 40, 50, or even 60-hour work weeks, and managing family and home responsibilities…
…PLUS piling on years of bad habits…
It’s no wonder that these time-consuming, "Go, go, go" routines just don’t work!
It’s like trying to pay off years of “debt” in just a few weeks…it’s not going to happen!
If you go “beast mode” you’ll just end up even more tired, more stressed, or even injured.
So, after several attempts to get their health in order, working out without much to show for it, or eating rabbit food without noticing a difference in the way they feel…a lot of guys just throw in the towel and accept their fate.
It doesn’t have to be that way!
Let me ask you:
Keep Reading to See How 1,000+ High-Performing Guys Have Succeeded Wildly with My "Accelerated Method"
If you’ve spent years putting off your health and fitness, you can’t start out with a routine that’s going to ask you to move at 1,000 mph per hour right out of the gate. That’s why so many programs don’t work for guys who feel “too far gone” to ever be in shape again.
Instead, you need to approach this with small, manageable steps that you can handle (even if you’re busy, stressed, and feeling worn out).
Studies show that you don’t need to "live at the gym" or eat like a rabbit if you want to fit back into that sharp suit or old pair of jeans again. In fact, if you’ve neglected eating right or working out for years…
…it’s possible to get faster results with just a few simple changes to your daily routine. The best part? These changes only take just 12-24 minutes per day.
As men get older, levels of progesterone and testosterone naturally decrease. This causes an increase in estrogen levels that can result in trouble focusing, exhaustion, loss of muscle mass, and a noticeable drop in libido.
There are SEVEN ways guys can naturally re-balance these important hormones as they get older. These techniques don’t take a lot of time and they don’t require “beast mode” workouts, resorting to TRT, or complex nutrition plans.
So many workout plans assume you have all the time in the world to exercise — HAHA! (As if, right?). And look, not only are “balls-to-the-wall” workouts unnecessarily time-consuming, they can be flat-out dangerous. This is why so many busy guys end up “pushing it to the max” only to end up getting injured…or without much to show for all the work they put in because getting results is not about working out harder, it’s about working out smarter.
You can go “least mode” (not “beast mode”) and still see great results from your workouts!
If you've lost the energy, drive, and mental edge you used to have in your 20s, I have good news:
Regaining your energy, drive, and edge is one of the first things to come back once you start taking care of yourself again when you follow The Accelerated Method.
If you start today, there’s a good chance that by this time next week, you’ll feel more motivated and energized than you’ve felt in years all by following a simple, four step routine that takes just minutes per day.
How High-Performing Men Over 40 Can Stop the Slide, Recapture Their Youth and Become Unstoppable Again
Inside From Sick & Tired to Back on Fire™, you'll discover The Accelerated Method that's helped 1,000s of high-performing men reclaim their health, lose all the unsightly pounds they've put on forever, and recapture that same unstoppable "all-day, all-night" energy they had in their 20s in just minutes per day.
The truth is, most workout and nutrition plans are not designed for high-performing men over 40 who are tired, stressed, and have accumulated years of excess weight.
That’s why it’s so difficult for most middle-aged men to actually see long term results from their workouts and eating efforts.
This book includes an eating plan and workout guidelines optimized for busy guys who are sick and tired of being tired…
...and don't have time to live at the gym, spend endless hours working out, or turn their entire life upside down in order to see results.
Inside you’ll discover why turbo-charging your energy levels, losing unwanted extra weight, and reclaiming your ‘A’ game status only takes as little as 12 minutes per day. (HINT: When you know how to leverage hormones, then it eliminates the need for hustling and grinding? Can you say, "Smarter, not harder?")
If you think your most productive, energy-packed days are behind you…think again!
In just a few minutes during the morning, you can turbocharge your drive and energy levels all day long.
Learn a simple 6-step morning routine that will not only get you off to a flying start but also help you avoid the dreaded afternoon slump. You’ll even be so energized that you’ll feel refreshed as you walk through the door at the end of the day. (Your family will notice … in a good way!)
Truth is, your morning routine determines your motivation and energy levels all day long. I’ll show you how to set up your morning so you’re ready to take on whatever life throws at you during the course of your day with unstoppable energy.
Improving your energy, focus and drive starts with something everyone already knows about but so few actually solve (until now!): Better sleep.
Inside From Sick & Tired to Back on Fire™, you’ll discover a simple sleep system you’ll follow to optimize your sleeping hours so you can wake up refreshed, energized, and ready to take on your day.
You’ll learn my simple “1-3-2-1 Protocol” to create more time for sleep without sacrificing anything else in your day. Sounds impossible but it really works! This is the first step of The Accelerated Method because it’s so crucial, and also because “getting by” on just 5-6 hours of sleep is doing way more damage than you realize.
You can't stay energized, get back on your 'A' game, and lose those unwanted extra pounds forever if you're always eating stuff that won't fuel you properly.
If you want to shed years of excess weight and completely transform your mood and the way your clothes fit while still staying energized enough to actually function, the worst thing you can do is start a super restrictive eating plan that leaves you hungry and craving all the time.
Instead, I’ll show you a simple way to be strategic about your food intake so that you can stay satisfied around the clock and still make great choices for your body. I’ve even got an extensive “eat this, not that” guide for food on the road.
You’ll also learn how to identify which foods are draining away your energy and motivation. Avoid these and you’ll see an immediate improvement in your energy levels.
My philosophy on working out is to AVOID “beast mode” workouts that ask you to go hard, crush it and “give it your all.”
For most of us, hard workouts and long gym efforts simply aren’t sustainable. And even worse — that hustle-and-grind style of workout actually HINDERS your results. (I explain exactly why in the book.)
Know this for now: If you go too hard, too soon you’re likely to end up injured, tired, and unmotivated. Which means you’ll give up and remain stuck where you are. I won’t let that happen to you!
So, instead of “beast mode” workouts, I’ll show you how to reach your goals by using “least mode” and my 12-24 minutes per day workouts. And they don't even require loads of equipment or stepping foot in a gym to pull them off, either.
Ever watched the movie “Limitless” with Bradley Cooper?
It’s a story about a struggling writer who comes across a mysterious drug that unlocks the full potential of his brain, allowing him to achieve incredible success and wealth.
But – crazy as it sounds – what if I told you that this isn’t just a Hollywood fantasy?
In this part of the book, I’ll show you exactly how to use “mental edge enhancers” like caffeine — and lesser known safe supplements — to your advantage so that they’re actually working harder for you…rather than causing you to crash.
Plus, I’ll even show you how it’s possible to keep alcohol in your diet (if you want to) without it derailing your progress or leaving you feeling foggy, drained, and sluggish. (Can you say, “Win-Win?”)
